Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager, Digital Health Product Office, is a key member of the Digital Product Office for Health Solutions (Health Services and Chronic Condition Management). This colleague will support multiple product areas with enterprise-wide and cross-digital communications, new feature intake, funding stream management, and overall alignment with stakeholders. In particular, the Senior Manager will focus on day-to-day planning, liaise with finance, and support budgeting and strategic planning. Passion for digital and how technology can meaningfully drive engagement, consumer experience and CVSHs purpose to help people on their path to better health.Duties & Responsibilities: Support the management of priorities between business unit partners and digital product leaders, including business cases and financial estimates Bring analytical thinking and strategic framing to help evaluate choices & identify critical trends and future opportunities Partner with Director to proactively engage with BU and digital stakeholders and core IT teams to understand roadmaps and actively connect the dots for cross-team planning Support product teams by assisting with critical financial and management information, including team rosters, ramp, and budget Participate in portfolio Kanban sessions with train leads and epic owners to ensure were making the best use of budget / team capacity for the highest priority work Contribute to monthly product review meetings with business unit stakeholders and digital product leaders Partner with finance and BU colleagues to ensure enterprise and BU funding mechanisms are clearly understood and aligned to digital value streams and Agile Release Trains Support assessments of new opportunity areas, in partnership with digital strategy and product teams as appropriate.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 95,000Maximum: 209,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications5-8 years required of experience building or analyzing digital products at large scale.5 -8 years of Digital Product Management experience, Product Owner experience, or Product Operations experience .Ability to travel at least 20% of the time, including co-locating as needed in Wellesley, MA, Boston, MA, Burlington, MA, Woonsocket, RI and other CVSH locationsCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
