Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, currently has a full-time employment opportunity for an administrative role of Client Service Coordinator in the Business Immigration department of our Atlanta office. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.Position Summary:The Immigration Client Services Coordinator will analyze data and prepare a high volume of reports for our clients. Our attorneys, paralegals, and staff work closely together in a fast-paced environment to prepare a high volume of business immigration applications.Duties & Responsibilities:Prepares standard monthly reports for clientsProcesses ad hoc reports requested by the client or team leadershipUpdates information and uploads documents into an immigration case management systemData entry and maintains data integrityInitiates and opens cases and matter requestsComposes engagement lettersProcesses incoming and outgoing correspondenceOrganizes and maintains client filesManages phone lines, maintains multiple calendars, and time entryPrepares travel arrangements and processes travel and business expense reportsSkills & Competencies:Extremely organized and detail orientedAble to multi-task, prioritize workload, and work well under pressureAble to meet strict deadlines is essentialExcellent interpersonal, computer, written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office suite are requiredStrong Excel skills for reporting requiredQualifications & Prior Experience:1-3 years administrative experience supporting multiple people in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentBachelor''s degree preferredPrior immigration experience and/or law firm experience is desiredCustomer service experience is a plus Greenberg Traurig is an Equal Opportunity Employer and committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
