Dealership experience is preferred, but if you have worked in workshops such as; Firestone, Valvoline, Pep Boys, Jiffy Lube, Midas, etc. you may have the experience we require. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous serviceAdvise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs, including special promotionsAnswer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, service, and repairsAssist in ordering parts and tools as necessaryOversee administration of warranty claimsFollow the status of a customer''s vehicle from service bay entry through completion of workKeep customers informed of any changes that occurUpon completion of work, review the work order with the customerProvide a completely satisfied customer experienceSchedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall workDistribute work efficiently between techniciansQualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor:Automotive Service Advisor and/or dealership experience preferred but not requiredFantastic customer service and communication skillsFriendly personalityTime-management skillsProfessional, well-groomed personal appearance and a positive attitudeTeam-oriented and self-motivatedAble to work with little to no supervisionStrong computer skillsGood multitasking and organizational skillsClean driving record and valid driver''s licenseHigh school diploma or equivalentResume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screenWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
