The products and company you represent are best-in-class.As a Business Analyst I on our team you will be expected to:Deliver a set of impactful ERP (Prophet 21) system enhancements and fixes that drive gross margin improvements, cost reductions and operational efficiencies.Maintain a high level of customer service including responding to all requests within 1 business day and meeting or exceeding all target completion dates.Perform preventative maintenance and support the ERP systems to ensure 99.95% uptime and excellent performance for the FHH business teamMake significant contributions to FHH continous improvement priorities including multiple problem solving and value stream mapping events.Develop, extend and maintain T-SQL queries and ETL packages in SSIS MS SQL Server environment.To successfully meet these expectations you''ll need to use your technical, leadership and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality projects and enhancements while following established change control procedures. In addition, you''ll need to maintain strong working relationships with the business teams and peers by communicating clearly and delivering on commitments. Not to mention the technical aspect of developing an understanding of HHT business application data and the data warehouse and reporting tools that support it, while also working to understand FHH''s business processes and how the applications support the business.Requirements4 year college degree in Computer Science or a business-related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience2+ years of MS SQL T-SQLTake ownership of your career with a job that ignites your passions and rewards your hard work.
