The 340B program is an exciting and dynamic space to be in right now so come join us!The Data Operations Manager will coordinate with internal leads regarding business data, processes, and technology to ensure holistic management of our data warehouse. They will work to ensure data processes run smoothly, quality control checks are executed and reported to the teams analyzing the data, data management procedures are documented and data subscriptions/vendors are managed. This individual will continue to build out our data warehouse by researching new datasets the practice could leverage to enhance existing products and services. Additionally, the Data Operations Manager will work with our Business, IT Security and Software Development teams to ensure our data processes and procedures are aligned with compliance standards and that we are adhering to applicable Data Use Agreements (DUAs). Responsibilities:Own the process of cleaning and loading client data (or other data) into data warehouse and be responsible for data quality and timelinessCreate and manage data quality checks that are performed after cleaning and loading is complete. Provide data reporting of these quality control checks to team members when data is production ready and can be used in analysesRoutinely monitor stored procedures or automated processes for collecting and loading data to ensure no gaps or errors in the data warehouseDevelop documentation for data management practices, procedures and quality controls as well as track the various data received and used across the practices products and servicesDocument and manage data updates in data dictionariesSubject matter expert for internal and external communications related to data management, ingestions and complex or ad hoc data requestsCollaborate with team members to provide solutions to specific data requests including dataset merges, data processing, data formatting, and other data challengesWork with team members to define end-state outcomes and understand how data and processes need to change to deliver outcomesIdentify and research opportunities for process improvements as well as new datasets that could be used to by the practice to enhance or create new products and servicesManage data subscriptions, data vendors and data-use agreements across the practiceEnsure all datasets used in analyses are complete, up-to-date and accurateAdditional duties may be assigned as neededBasic Qualifications:Bachelor''s Degree4+ years of data analytics or data management experience, preferably in consulting or healthcare industriesExcellent SQL Server skills; experience working in PostgreSQL and/or MS Azure is a plusFamiliarity with other scripting languages, such as SAS, R and/or PythonStrong written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize and clearly communicate complex problems or processes to team members and clientsExperience managing, performing quality control, and analyzing structured and unstructured dataExperience with PowerBI, Tableau, Looker and MS ExcelExperience with cloud-hosted data stores, such as Azure SQL or RedshiftExperience with data warehousing principles and practicesBRG requires vaccination for COVID and its variants.Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.BRG is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
