Senior Financial Analyst Austin, TX Competitive Benefits and Salary The role will support both the finance function and the commercial sales function. The individual will be focused on helping to develop and implement a trade program and reporting and management of trade spend thereafter. Finance business partner for Marketing and Sales organizations, providing financial perspective to investment decision making to increase Net Revenue and Gross Margin. Primary responsibilities are listed below but may be modified as business needs change. Responsibilities: • Marketing and Trade Investment planning, reporting and analysis, including forecasting, actuals and respective reconciliations • Month end close process with Trade investment and Marketing investment, management of accruals • Management and analysis of trade discounts by customer, by channel. To be presented/analized with Sales Director. • Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation and analysis • Collaboration for AR reconciliation and Leading claims clearance process. • Initiatives GM analysis pre and post. • Customer engagement from the financial perspective with key customers. Qualifications: • A minimum of 4 years relevant experience. Degree in accounting or business administration preferred. • Prior experience analyzing trade investments required • Experience with NetSuite preferred. • Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines. • Capable of working both independently and as a member of a collaborative team, as well as communicating with individuals at all levels of the company.
