Provide proven change management best practices to help Takeda navigate a complex change journey for R&D. You will also partner with leaders and functions across R&D to support the evolution of the new way of working and ensure that key stakeholders are ready to be part of the change and support the R&D Implementation Office in managing priorities and key stakeholder groups during change enablement journey. Ensure connectivity with workstreams and partnered functions to enable consistency and learnings across the broader program.
