This position is a great fit for someone who embodies trust, ownership, innovation, and is purpose-drivenJob Duties:• Represent the credit union to the members in a friendly, positive and professional manner. • Responsible for serving members at all Canopy Credit Union locations through an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) System • Assist member with use of all ITM financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, inquiries, transfers, loan payments and check cashing • Process all mail deposits and loan payments • Recognize members'' needs for products and services and present to the member and refer appropriately • Promote strong and lasting relationships with members by providing excellent service. • Positively promote the Canopy mission statement and vision and effectively communicate to members. • Determine accountability of negotiable items and member identification, and verify endorsements as required by ITM operational policies • Provide LOC and Visa cash advances • Provide credit card advances through PayTrace • Have a deep understanding of all relevant rules, regulations and policies. i.e. Reg CC, Reg D, MIP, Reg E • Responsible for reporting Currency Transaction & Suspicious Activity Reports to appropriate personnel. • Assist members by answering basic member requests and direct them to the appropriate person for specific information if necessary • Perform transaction reversals such as check reversals and lost checks • Maintain accurate and accountable records of all transactions performed throughout the day • Balance virtual vaults at the end of each shift • Work independently to analyze, research and resolve medium to high complexity problems • Maintain confidentiality and security of member information according to regulatory and organization guidelines and policies • Keep up to date on Credit Union security and robbery procedures • Demonstrate a solid understanding of fraud and other risks associated with ITM transactions • Perform security procedures for Teller Center (as authorized) • Meet service level goals and expectations that relate to department and credit union objectives • Attend regular staff, department and other pertinent meetings as required by Management PI189027904
