ResponsibilitiesThe RN also must demonstrate the knowledge and skills needed to provide age-appropriate care, based on the assigned unit.This includes a thorough understanding of the principles of growth and development over the life span, along with the ability to assess/interpret issues relative to an individual patient''s status and age-specific needs.This position will adhere to all policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance. QualificationsMust be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma and possess a current BLS certification. ACLS preferred. One or more current years of acute care experience as a registered nurse preferred.Must be able to provide nursing care to patients of all ages: neonates to geriatric population. Must demonstrate teaching and leadership skills.
