Global Well-being Manager Location Preference: U.S. with a hybrid working arrangement. Job Summary: This position is responsible for the planning, design, implementation, delivery and evaluation of comprehensive corporate global well-being initiatives. This role will help develop, deploy and administer programs that create awareness and provide tools to employees that help them adapt and maintain a well rounded healthy lifestyle. This global role will also act as support to the global benefits team in project based work throughout the year, including communication campaigns, program launches, liaise with Internal Resource Groups (IRG), mental health and wellbeing, regional occupational health and safety groups, and onsite fitness centers/daycares where applicable. Position Responsibilities Develop, coordinate, manage, and maintain global well-being programming to encourage healthy lifestyles and work/life balance, including developing a network of Wellbeing champions across organizations and global events like World Mental Health Month, Bring your child to work day or other well-being events. Keep abreast of current national well-being initiatives and activities, developing a network of resources and contacts internally and externally. Explore ideas and opportunities to personalize the employee experience to increase participation and News Corp''s brand. Implement employee communications with respect to benefit programs including monthly newsletters, Instagram promotional materials for events, as well as serve as point of contact for employee questions and concerns on global well-being. Gather and analyze data to measure success on wellness programs and initiatives to create our story. Conduct benchmarking analysis and environmental and culture assessments to aid in program development. Focus in the collation of engagement data, ROI metrics, and vendor key performance indicators. Establish relationships with other internal departments, IRGs and external organizations. Act as a liaison in the company to gather ideas and sponsor virtual/onsite events. Liaison for onsite vendors. Create and execute educational sessions for larger People (HR) teams and local departments. Lead special projects as assigned Successful candidates should have: College degree or HR advanced certificate preferred At least 3 years experience in global corporate well-being or wellness, marketing or event planning, or general benefit experience; including integrating well-being program initiatives into the culture and organizational mission Strong conceptual, strategic, critical thinking and visionary skills, as well as organizational and time-management and project-management skills. The ability to work with employees at all levels; mindful of global cultural norms. The ability to meet changing deadlines and be able to multitask. Successful candidates should be: Personable, energetic, professional, self-motivated, outwardly curious and detail-oriented. An independent thinker with excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills. Both an independent worker and work as a part of a team with enthusiasm, initiative and creativity. Able to attend to detail, display urgency, work under pressure, and prioritize while working on multiple projects.
