Good understanding of 3GPP specifications 36.xxx/38.xxx (LTE & NR Air Interface, PHY, MAC, RLC, RRC, PDCP and NAS layer) Have good mobile wireless experience and understanding of 3GPP specifications TS 38.321,TS 38.314,TS38.322,TS 37.324 Good understanding of 4g/5G NR Architecture, NSA/SA Call flows , Hand overs ,CA ,DSS , Physical layer concepts etc Experience in 4G/5G NR protocol stack testing, system log/trace analysis using Wireshark etc, defect/bug debugging, E2E system testing, Lab KPI performance. Experience in functional, feature, performance, regression testing for wide variety of test case scenarios. Experienced in working with international teams efficiently, Customer focus & engagement, Interpersonal effectiveness, Planning & Organizing. Excellent communication skills, good problem solving, decision making & analytical skills. Experience in Agile methodologies, SAFe WoW.Good to have : Good understanding of ORAN, CPRI and ECPRI , 5G Ul/DL Splits concepts. 5G O-RAN 7.2 split architecture & functionalities.Good at Integration testing with different vendor''s OCU ,ODU,ORU products and Throughput analysis.Why work with us - At Net2Source, we believe everyone has an opportunity to lead.
