Seasonal Tax Expert - Fully Remote

JDA TSG is hiring tax experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and are an Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney, we would love to speak with you!Who You Are:You are friendly and reassuring, passionate about customer service and problem resolution, and comfortable interacting over video and chat. (Dedicated hardwired internet connection required.)You are the go-to for all things tax: you have at least 3 seasons filing 30 or more individual and small business tax returns, using tax prep software in a tax practice/retail setting.You avoid tax jargon and answer customers'' tax preparation questions using language they understand.What You Will Do:Provide tax support and advice over video, phone, and chat, helping customers work on returns (Active PTIN required. You are not preparing or filing returns directly.)Ensure an excellent customer experience using your expertise in tax preparation, technology troubleshooting, and resolving tax issues - there is a script that you will follow to help guide your responses.Carefully document all customer interactions.What You Get:The ability to be 100% remote, working with an exceptional team from the comfort of your home or office.A W2 role paying up to $29 per hour + perks and incentives.We need someone who can work from late January to late April for 20 - 35 hours a week (Yes!
