Build, support, and continually develop a strong QA team across multiple offices and enable a consistent product development process Ensure QA has visibility into the end-to-end integrity of a product feature: review use cases and ensure ample details (success criteria, goals, steps) are clearly articulated, and review the development unit and integration test plans and certify that they are both written and pass our quality standards Establish testing best practices by reviewing unit and integration test plans and enforcing standards Identify, introduce and manage appropriate QA environments, tools, and standards Enable the QA organization to think creatively, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills pertaining to a product malfunction, and exercise innovative ways to ''break'' the product Drive a high-performance culture aligned with our business objectives, key results, and individual career goals Contribute to a cross-functional, collaborative environment deeply rooted in learning, teaching, and transparency Build the pipeline, hire, and onboard talented QA team members Manage resource allocations for the QA team across projects Functional Experience Experience with investment management applications, accounting, and performance data Prior background building in the flexibility of reporting settings from close periods to base and local currencies, trade date vs. settle date, price sources, etc Hands-on experience writing, managing, and maintaining automation technologies Experience delivering in a continuous deployment development model An open mindset to solving complex technology problems Experience working in test-driven development engineering environments Required Skills and Experience 15+ years in Quality Assurance for a SaaS or Enterprise Software Product 10+ years in a quality assurance management position leading people, with experience supporting both managers and individual contributors and an ability to keep a pulse on people throughout a complex and fast-paced organization A history of delivering new products and technologies in the cloud Engages with stakeholders to understand the business problems that need to be solved with an entrepreneurial mindset Experience supporting both managers and individual contributors and an ability to keep a pulse on people throughout a complex and fast-paced organization Ability to lead and influence both with and without authority Strong knowledge of industry best quality assurance tools Ability to focus on short-term deliverables while maintaining a big-picture perspective An aptitude for problem-solving Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels Experience recruiting, evaluating talent, and building software development teams Significant past experience in test automation and test planning Background in engineering, finance, or business COVID-19 Policy Ridgeline requires all new hires to verify that they are fully-vaccinated against COVID-19, consistent with applicable law.
