Position Overview:The Zones Service Solution team is responsible for defining our go-to-market strategies to produce revenue, gross margin, and client transformation. Our obligation is to incubate Zones Service consulting capabilities and deliver business outcomes through a services first approach to digital transformation. Zones is seeking an experienced services solutions seller that can help identify, qualify, and close services opportunities that solve critical business needs for our customersThe Services Solutions Executive role leverages the art of the possible to help customers create a vision, translate it the customer, and then make it real. The ideal candidate is an individual who has presence and the ability to successfully exert their influence with senior leaders internally, with our partners, and with our customers. This role is the face of our Zones Services Solutions in the field.Key ResponsibilitiesThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Drive selling discipline to exceed sales targets, growing, and managing sales through customer engagement, strategic use of Zones and partner resources, and pipeline management Master and influence executive client relationships as a trusted advisor Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements, internal education of account executives & successful go-to-market strategy to achieve customer outcomes Prospect new customers while simultaneously progressing customers through sales pipeline Build and leverage relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to further partnerships and adoption of Zones Services Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Zones Service Solutions Regularly review and assess the services industry and landscape, looking for key trends, shifts in market, and new disruptive service offerings Increase Zones mindshare, investment and integrated selling initiatives through leadership and evangelismIdeal candidate would have the following qualifications: Innovative skys-the-limit thinker with the ability to help customers envision and architect business outcomes 2+ years of Service solution-based selling to senior business decision makers Proven background working within large cross-functional sales opportunities Managed and Professional Services breadth with enterprise customer level experience in Consulting, Deployment, ITAD, Maintenance, and Help Desk Services. Demonstrated capability in facilitating collaboration across disparate groups and driving connections to create strong, cohesive teams with a unified vision Superior communication skills, including the ability to crystallize and broadly socialize insights into stakeholder needs that the stakeholders themselves may not be able to effectively articulate Excellent customer relationship management skills across the organization, from c-suite to line of business individual contributors Extensive track record (wins) in architecting, solutioning, and selling Service centric solutions Strong understanding of all facets of services sales, positioning strategy, go-to-market strategy, and pricingLI-LM1 As a rapidly growing global provider of IT solutions, weve expanded from Seattle to Sydney and beyond with reach in over 80 countries around the world.
