In addition, this role will also be focused on setting, maintaining and reporting against service level agreements across multiple departments, managing team workload and capacity needs to maintain agreed upon commitmentsWhat we''re looking forEssential:SAP experienceCan effectively communicate (verbal, written and listening)Exhibits strong customer service and is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.Must have strong teamwork, organizational, & analytical skillsRequire five years of Industrial distribution experience in similar role.
