Immediate Hire for a Maintenance Engineer!

****SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY**** HIRING FOR MAINTENANCE ENGINEER •*For 830A- 500P Tuesday-Saturday/ Off Sundays and Mondays. This is a full-time position and maintenance engineer is required to be on-call for emergencies. Must have experience in plumbing, electrical and preferably HVAC. Minimum 1 year of engineer experience in full-service, preferably in a hotel or healthcare facility. Duties include but are not limited to: -Inspect and repair various energy systems, such has cooling/heating systems, lighting, and plumbing -Repairing/installing flooring, doors, windows, light fixtures -Must be able to do a clean paint job -Cleaning pool and pool area. Managing pool chemicals -Complete daily work order tickets in a timely manner -Picking up trash and debris in parking lot and around the property throughout the day -Must be able to lift 50lbs or more -Must be able to communicate with others and do problem solving -Responsible for completing preventative maintenance and repairs through-out the hotel, guestrooms, any equipment on property, public spaces, and grounds Looking for applicants that are willing to take charge and who wants to work and be a TEAM PLAYER!!
