Description JPMorgan Chase is looking for a customer-centric, strategic, goal-oriented, and data-driven product management leader to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong Product Management background, experience leading large projects, and provides leadership to the team by setting priorities and providing strategic and tactical vision for the team. Serves as the Voice of the customer to advance the product''s vision and strategy to satisfy customer need. As an experienced Product Manager, you will be responsible to collaborate with individual teams, a whole product or product line. The Product Manager will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. You will also focus on design thinking and prototyping process. The Product Manager''s job also includes ensuring the product supports the Global Technology''s overall strategy and goals. The Product Manager will have a deep understanding of Product Life Cycle and a passion for continuous improvement. In this role you will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, analysts, and other cross-functional team members to ensure that our products amaze and delight our customers. You will also play a key role in building up the product discipline. Strong partnership and influencing skills are required as this role interfaces with various partners across geographies, functions and teams. Responsibilities: Driving innovative network wireless solutions to transform how we enable a more mobile workforce for the firm. Leading executive and engineering transformation decisions to advance the firm quickly to cloud first architectures. Overseeing the product lifecycle from concept inception to sunset delivery, including business strategies, performance objectives and outcome based roadmaps Manage end to end product performance, including financial, risk, operations and business performance Develop budgets, forecast and manage P&L Defines and communicates product vision and strategy in line with the customers long-term business goals Conducts market research and tracks industry developments and understands implications to product vision and strategy Identifies market need, interfacing with customers as needed to define the scope and position of the product Defines and manages the product''s business metrics, cost, feature & functionality, risk posture and reliability Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product Creates and maintains the product roadmap Create and maintain the product''s definition and artifacts including product canvas, product roadmap, strategy and vision for the product, and customer-facing SLAs Conduct product discovery to identify and prioritize opportunities for product development that are in-line with desired business outcomes Partner with teams (product, engineering, technology, risk, compliance, operations, ..) to support Product offering and Roadmap, Client Engagement, Service Measurement and Continuous Improvement Represent the ''voice of the customer'' internally in guiding product design and development Oversee and drive the go-to-market plans for the product, including firmwide communications and support models Leader in customer collaboration across all stages of work. Ensures customer needs are consistently met. Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Oversees and drives the go-to-market and strategic marketing plans for the product Inspiring teams to build products and services and technologies that will be backbone of technology at JPMC Demonstrates, champions agility mind-set and transforms the organization to fully adopt modern product operating model Drive strategic partnerships with vendors to build new functionality into products to support our firm''s needs. Move the needle on business results through product improvements, and relentless focus on measuring customer and business impact to deliver a well-positioned product Establish and analyze key metrics to help make product decisions Mentor and build a high-performing team by providing useful, timely feedback and learning opportunities Required Skills/Experience 10+ years of overall experience and Minimum 5+ years of product management experience with a product development through entire product lifecycle Bachelor''s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field , Masters or MBA preferred. Strong knowledge of product management and experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition Solid understanding of end-to-end product strategy development, customer engagement, architecture design, engineering, implementation and operations Experience with process modelling techniques (e.g., value stream mapping) and understanding of business value drivers Experience identifying opportunities, building a product strategy, and influencing delivery against a multi-year roadmap. Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products Participate in and /or lead the strategic direction, feature design, user interaction, requirements, and outcome based roadmap of one or more products and solutions. Proven track record of financial management, such as investment processes, business case development, cost and recovery models Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to a senior management and customers Proven track record of driving large-scale product implementation and change programs and working across all constituencies in the business and functional areas to successfully launch products and product features Proven experience providing roadmaps, product overviews, report, backlog and documentation for enterprise technology solutions Strong knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Ability to provide strong technical and developmental guidance to team members. Global management experience including proven ability to work in a highly matrixed organization to accomplish target goals. A strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, waterfall, etc.) Preferred Skills/Experience Expert product manager focused on wireless and cloud technology solutions is an advantage Strong knowledge of wireless and cloud networking and security concepts Ability to drive a large ecosystem of stakeholders towards a common goal quickly Expert in leading transformation to new technologies Master''s or MBA degree a plus Industry standard Product Manager certification - Certified Product Manager (CPM) or New Product Development (NPD) professional certification a plus Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology Outstanding written and oral communication skills JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world''s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
