OverviewSign on Bonus eligible! (External Candidates)$20,000 for 1 year experience, requires a 2 year work commitmentAn additional $5,000 after 8 months of employment$25,000 for night shift, 1 year work experience, requires a 2 year work commitment.An additional $5,000 after 8 months of employment$10,000 for new graduate RNs, requires a 2 year work commitment $5,000 within the first 30 days of working and $5,000 after 8 months of employment(internal and external graduates) Starting pay for this position is $35.00/hour; base pay offered may increase based on experience, skills and internal equity.POSITION SUMMARY: Protects, promotes and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of the Registered Nurse licensure; collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum. Assesses and supports physical symptoms, provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families, mentors assigned team members, promotes best practices, and maintains professional disposition at all times.The patient population includes adult and geriatric population. Some of the patient conditions in which you may see and provide care for include: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), diabetic complications, wound infections/cellulitis, stroke, dementia, patients requiring telemetry monitoring. QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: License/Certifications: Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing in appropriate state (Illinois or Michigan) Current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS is required prior to start date of employment.
