Executive SummaryIn this role, you will play a critical role in building and executing the launch strategy for the Healthcare Provider (HCP) audience for this important advancement in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). You will lead the development of the HCP messaging platform, HCP marketing materials, and branded and unbranded campaigns. You will also be responsible for the congress strategy and Thought Leader and Speaker Bureau management. Key Responsibilities• Launch Planning & Execution: Work with the commercial launch lead to develop and execute launch plan for the healthcare provider (HCP) audience in the psychiatric discipline.• Strategic Thinking: Think strategically across the brand to identify opportunities to align and maximize investments and innovate across the brand and portfolio. Evaluate unmet needs and gaps in HCP and consumer beliefs and identify ways of educating. • Insights and Analytics: Leverage qualitative and quantitative market data to gain a deeper understanding of the customers, brand, disease area, and market. Propose informed strategies and tactics to address key unmet needs. Work with advanced analytics to set up measurement plans to assess program performance and optimize spend across marketing mix.• Marketing Materials: Support the development and execution of HCP disease education efforts, as well as various materials needed to execute the branded launch including HCP materials, media assets, congress materials, speaker training content, etc. • Media: Work closely with media agency to develop and launch media plans to support overall brand, across HCP efforts. • Operations: Lead LMR reviews relating to applicable work; manage budget, including managing work orders, accrual process, applicable forecast lines; work with cross-functional teams including commercial services and finance department, as needed. Manage relationships with strategic partners and vendors to ensure that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner while remaining on budget; condition partners for executional excellence and hold them accountable for success metrics.Position Requirements• Autonomy: You are able to work remotely and independently to drive project execution consistent with cross-functional launch plans and budgets. You can work in ambiguity and without pre-set immediate deadlines, anticipating potential hurdles, break down complex problems and work collaboratively to quickly get to solutions.• Collaboration: You can work closely with cross-functional partners & stakeholders to ensure alignment, efficiencies, clear communication and accountability.• Vendor Management You possess strong vendor-management skills, ensuring accountability and execution of launch initiatives occur on strategy, on-time and within budget. • People Management: You can effectively manage 1-2 Product Managers/Thought Leader Liaisons to assist in execution of launch plan, effective congress strategy and ongoing coordination with Industry Thought Leaders ensuring medical accuracy and innovation.• Brand and Company Steward: You always represent the brand vision and marketing team objectives; adhere to regulatory, medical and compliance marketing parameters. You are passionate about MAPS PBC''s mission and the potential of psychedelic therapies to transform the treatment of mental health conditions.Qualifications• Bachelor''s degree in life sciences, business, or a related discipline; MBA preferred• 7+ years previous US pharmaceutical marketing experience preferred• Launch experience with REMS product highly desirable• Strong teamwork skills with a record of effectively working in cross-functional team• Demonstrated strong communication skills• Demonstrated strong analytical, planning, project management and organizational skills• Pharmaceutical career progression demonstrating growth in responsibility and scope, particularly in commercial positions • Psychiatry, CNS or similar therapeutic area experience also desirable
