We are looking for an advanced practitioner to advance and enhance clinical services for high-risk breast clinic and other medical and specialty oncology services. The WDH High-Risk Breast is designed to offer personalized risk assessment, strategies to reduce risk, and surveillance for women and men, as appropriate, who have a higher risk for developing breast cancer. The creation of a High-Risk Breast Clinic is our next step in comprehensive breast care and would provide a centralized ''home'' for patients throughout their risk journey.Qualifications Experience Minimum Required Three to five years of progressive clinical advanced practitioner experience. Experience Preferred/Desired Documentation of successful completion of at least 60 contact hours within the most recent licensure period, 4 of which must be in Pharmacology as defined by the New Hampshire and or Maine Board of Nursing. Background in oncology, medical or surgical Experience with high risk populations. Education Minimum Required Bachelors in Nursing ,and Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice or graduate of post masters certificate program for nurse practitioner.
