We are actively seeking a Project Manager to join our team located in Dedham, MA.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Project Manager manages all aspects of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This position will be expected to work autonomously, using initiative to complete requested projects within specified time frames. This position will work closely with Product Management, Creative, Copywriting and eCommerce team members to execute each project as needed. He/she will be expected to seek, develop, and strengthen working relationships with cross-functional departments within the company and with vendors as necessary. Implement strategy by contributing to all aspects of multi-channel marketing, including but not limited to:Infuse a data driven approach to all projects, ensuring measurement is considered in the planning phase Clearly articulate cross-channel team project scopes, turning ambiguity into specific actions, deadlines and expectationsBased on direction from Product Marketing, research, evaluate and compile content to build preliminary concepts in applicable format for job/campaignFacilitate evolution of messaging and creative throughout job/campaign lifecycleImplement any changes in direction as needed throughout project lifecyclesSpecific Responsibilities include:Compile sales analysis tools for existing campaigns, with support from Marketing Analytics, to aid Product Marketing in planning for future publication/programs.Coordinate with Product Managers to introduce new products for digital and print formats, optimize and identify appropriate messaging, ensure appropriate photography, and map out presentations based on the audience, objective, and strategy of a particular job/campaign.Work synergistically with Creative and Copy on refining presentations, messaging and copy.Update and facilitate creation of new digital content based on project strategy to ensure a multi-channel marketing communications approach. Organize and oversee photo shoots with Creative Department and Product Managers, ensuring execution of accurate and impactful photography for all marketing needs. Coordinate with other teams to ensure all necessary products, props, and models are available. Maintain the photo studio, ensuring product is returned to inventory and photo prop inventory is organized and up to date. Act as a liaison between other contributing departments and Project Management group to solicit feedback on content and/or changes.Manage/implement ancillary tasks for Project Management group, including but not limited to, catalog corrections, indexing, and creative asset librariesComplete additional organization and administrative tasks for Marketing Communications team as needed.Education/Work Experience RequirementsTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum Education: Prefer BA/BS in Marketing/Sales or Healthcare. Minimum experience: 3+ years of marketing experience; direct marketing, digital marketing or medical marketing strongly preferred. Prior experience in print media and e-commerce preferred. Computer Skills: Proficiency with MAC or PC format and the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite preferred but not required. Willing to learn new programs as necessary for job performance. Effective team player with leadership ability.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (ability to ask probing questions, listen effectively, give clear presentations, think and respond effectively and professionally). Present with knowledge and confidence. Strong analytical skills.Ability to proofread with a strong attention to detail to grammar and composition. Strong organizational/time management skills; must be able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to recognize and pursue areas of improvement, demonstrating initiative, and resourcefulness. Willingness to go above and beyond the job description to meet goals and expectations. Desire to grow within the position while remaining focused on the responsibilities at hand.
