Job DescriptionExperience Design Strategist at CVS contribute to digital product design efforts and solve complex business challenges on large-scale initiatives across several projects simultaneously. They work independently based on strategic direction and require limited direction, provide recommendations and influence strategic decision making, have an appetite for inclusion, and at a minimum have familiarity with and working knowledge of accessibility. This role supports one or more of the following businesses: CVS Pharmacy®, CVS Caremark®, CVS Specialty®Responsibilities Collaborate with UX team members and product, business and technology partners to ensure shared understanding of business and user goals Develop deep understanding of customer journeys, personas and segmentation within your portfolio of projects Lead the creation of UX flows and wireframes Conceptualize, design and define breakthrough user experiences, drawing inspiration from research, user goals, and the world around you Work with our copy, visual design and accessibility teams to ensure all work is compliant with our brand, copy and accessibility guidelines. Partner with research, optimization, and analytics teams when appropriate to inform and validate design decisions Gain stakeholder support for designs by clearly communicating design vision and rationale Translate complex cognitive challenges across multiple projects into elegant user experiences delivered across multiple channels (digital, phone, in store)Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 95,000Maximum: 209,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in UX design 5+ years of experience (expertise) in responsive web design and mobile UX Experience partnering with multiple groups (Development, Product Management, Research, etc.) to define and execute on a product development roadmap across multiple projects Deep knowledge of full user experience design process and ability to contribute at any level. Ability to dive into projects at any level of definition with creativity and drive. Demonstrated experience leveraging user research effectively Strong portfolio of work including examples of mobile web, desktop and app experiences Ability to conceptualize, design, and deliver experiences. Ability to communicate user needs and demonstrate how proposed designs solve those to internal team and other stakeholders. Ability to collaborate with designers, strategists, managers, and technologists Ability to present to senior stakeholders and build support UX work initiatives (Ability to direct the work of others)Knowledge of user-centered design philosophy and process Hands on experience with wire framing and prototyping tools Attention to detail and passion for excellenceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
