This will be accomplished by leveraging the appropriate Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban/etc.) to enable predictable, quality delivery while maintaining a focus on the continuous improvement of the team. The teams have varying levels of Agile maturity, so it will be incumbent for this Agile Delivery Lead to coach the teams, focus on continuous improvement, while also focusing on delivery of value. General Responsibilities: DeliveryEnsures team(s) maintains focus on quality and continuous deliveryProvides visibility into delivery targets, commitments, and progress. This will be accomplished with support from the Agile Delivery Lead in the form of establishing the appropriate ceremonies for the Cyber Service Area as a wholeBe well managed - understand and coach the team on delivery controls, compliance to minimize operational, and reputational riskUnderstands the teams, Value Stream and Service supported, and is capable of identifying upstream and downstream dependenciesProactively identifies impediments and appropriately resolves using network of peers and formal channels (including escalation if required) CoachingIntegrates Agile and Lean principles into team practices and work productsCoaches Product Owner and team on backlog refinement and prioritizationUtilizes team feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity and works with team to continuously improveInnovates with practices and frameworks through experimentation to improve the team and their deliveryCoaches the team to improve collaboration and self-organizationDeveloping ability to act as an Agile mentor and coach to team-members within the Value Stream and Service Area as a Agile force-multiplierAgile and Technical Learning: Actively seeks and participates in a variety of learning opportunities such as Communities of Practice, conferences, classroom training, and independent study to further develop self and community Capital One is open to hiring a Remote Employee for this opportunity.Basic Qualifications:High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificationAt least 5 years of Agile experience Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor''s Degree 2+ years of experience with Jira6+ years of Agile experienceScrum Alliance CSM, CSP certification, or PMI''s Agile Certified Professional (ACP)Lean or Agile certificationSAFe certified or SAFe experienceAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.No agencies please.
