JOB DESCRIPTION The successful candidate for this role is someone who wants to join a fast-moving, technology pioneering company that quite literally has the capability to change the face of the world through the way we manufacture to saving lives through unlimited human organ supply. 3D Systems is leveraging additive manufacturing and regenerative medicine to do just these things. Located in Rock Hill, SC/Charlotte, NC with the opportunity for a hybrid working schedule TheManager, Talent Acquisitionprovides strategic program leadership that shapes and drives the way the function is organized and positioned to anticipate and meet talent needs across the organization. The role also leads a team that develops processes to ensure programs are effectively communicated, rolled out and executed. Strategic Program Leadership * Partner with key People & Culture and business stakeholders to develop a comprehensive talent strategy that includes: o Branding o Needs anticipation o Sourcing o Candidate experience o Pipelines o Diversity * Leverage talent data to identify key insights, measure impact, and drive actions Program Execution * Ensure technology is leveraged to streamline and automate as many processes as possible * Develop and document business processes for programs that work seamlessly together from branding, sourcing, screening, assessing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding * Responsible for applicable compliance requirements across all programs Internship Program * Collaborate with Employee Experience Team to recruit for a highly visible, world class internship program Team Leadership * Develops recruiters to think and work like talent consultants that provide proactive and consultative services to internal stakeholders vs. simply filling open requisitions * Develops coordinators to execute flawless end to end processes * Manage external team such as supplemental contingent labor and ensure their work is aligned to strategic priorities * Strategic partnership and management of external agencies QUALIFICATIONS Education & Experience * Bachelors Degree required, emphasis in HR, Business Administration or other related field desired * 8 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting including strategy, process, and compliance * Previous experience managing a global team preferred * Successfully achieve results in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment * Proven track record of creating and implementing successful internship and campus recruiting programs * Strong project management and communication skills * Strong background that demonstrates an internal motivation to drive for results A successful candidate for this position will have the ability to: * Effectively collaborate, influence and negotiate with others, to drive business decisions forward * Ability to multi-task and oversee multiple concurrent engagements and work streams for various projects * Synthesize information, have strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills * Be broad thinking and strategic as well as tactical and detail-oriented and operate seamlessly between the two * Effectively communicate with individuals at all levels in the organization possessing interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence and the ability to engage and motivate people * Data driven mindset ability to influence, drive decisions and lead discussions utilizing data * Experience executing Talent Management Programs, preferred *Title: *Manager, Talent Acquisition * Location: *SC-Rock Hill Requisition ID: 220000HQ
