Chemours is seeking a Cybersecurity Lead Administrator Data and Cloud to join our growing Cybersecurity team! This position will report directly to the Cybersecurity Architect in a HYBRID capacity or in our Wilmington, DE location. The Cybersecurity Administrator role is to ensure the security and integrity of corporate data and cloud infrastructure. This is achieved by planning, designing, and developing cybersecurity procedures and programs. In addition, this role will participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of related technologies for data protection and cloud security. This individual will lead the teams responsible for various cybersecurity tools that protect data and the cloud environment and must be highly self-motivated and directed, with attention to detail. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: + Work as part of a team to manage the Cybersecurity strategy + Lead a group of technology experts for Data Protection and Cloud Security + Ensure availability of cybersecurity tools and update proper configurations + Provide metrics related to performance of various cybersecurity tools + Stay current on data protection and cloud security trends and keep existing solutions up to date + Participate in evaluating new solutions for Cybersecurity related to data and cloud protection The following is required for this role: + Graduate in Technical/Engineering Field; Additional relevant experience and professional certifications will be considered in lieu of a degree + 4-6 years of experience in the Cybersecurity domain. Additional experience in IT domains is a plus. + Understanding of the NIST CSF and real-world experience in applying related controls + Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and Internet standards + Proficiency with the following: Anti-Virus, EDR/XDR, DRM, Privileged Identity and Access Management + Understanding of M365 security constructs and data protections such as DLP, RMS/IRM, Azure Information Protection + Extensive cyber security related application support experience The following is preferred for this role: + Cybersecurity Certification (CISSP, CISM or similar) + Azure and M365 Security Certifications or other cloud certifications related to security + Hands-on experience in administration and operations of Microsoft cloud suite of cybersecurity technologies + Understanding of the Microsoft Cybersecurity Reference Architecture (MCRA) and related tools and technologies beyond theory with a specific focus on business outcomes and service delivery + Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and the ability to present ideas to peers and management Benefits: + Competitive Compensation + Comprehensive Benefits Packages + 401(k) Match + Employee Stock Purchase Program + Tuition Reimbursement + Commuter Benefits + Learning and Development Opportunities + Strong Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives + Company-paid Volunteer Days WERE CHEMOURS.
