Find your future with us.The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Structures Core Design Engineering Team has a great opportunity for a driven Multi- Skill Manager - Structures Engineering who can shape the Structures'' Hiring Strategy in support of all airplane programs, global sites and product development. This position provides support to the BCA Structures Core Senior Manager of Resource Management, Workforce Development, Knowledge Management and Design Technical Excellence. This is a key role providing communication and integration across the BCA Structures Core Design Engineering Team, Airplane Programs, Global sites and other Business Units.This position allows telecommuting (subject to change). The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite at one of the listed location options. Position Responsibilities:Develop the long-range Skill needs in accordance to BCA Programs requirementsDefine and enable the global talent acquisition strategiesCoordinate skill activities across the core team, BCA design centers, airplane programs, the Enterprise and global sitesBe responsible for execution of plans and presenting with leadershipThe position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
