The IT Business Partner is focused on the development and management of business partnerships with the designated Operations regions in North America. This role will focus on our client''s strategies, issues, and concerns by aligning them with the current IT resources and direction to meet the client''s expectations, objectives, and success metrics. The role is responsible for ensuring the IT processes will enable best-in-class uptime, reliability, and customer service. The individual will drive key programs and IT services in the application of technology to achieve financial, operational and customer service goals. The role is responsible for the Information Technology Business Partners functions that support the North America facilities. The IT Business Partner will work with Operations leaders to ensure service level agreements are met and instilling a culture of continuous improvement. This position will be responsible for championing best practices and service management processes based on ITSM constructs.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerform Business Partner and IT Service Management FunctionsEnsure all service management processes enable IT service agilityBuild and maintain strong collaborative relationships with business leadership and teamsLead and guide the business on aligning business strategy with IT strategy and initiativesProvide knowledge and expertise to business and client stakeholders for business case developmentFoster continuous service delivery optimization and improvement in support of KPIsIdentify resources and sourcing of service management operations supportImplement planned activities according to roadmap for organizational excellence in the application of ITSM services, procedures, and toolsCommunicates all recommended changes and planned IT activities to Facility Managers and Regional Vice PresidentCoordinate and manage changes to the information technology within warehouses to ensure that business disruptions are kept to a minimumDemonstrate a deep understanding of IT structure to provide direction to Operations and IT Team/Developers/Contractors at locations in assigned regionReport performance against established KPIsDrive implementation of company-wide IT initiatives at assigned locationsEstablishing & Implementing Plans and StandardsProvides effective relationship management in support of the client and IT teamsPromotes IT policies and proceduresEnsures conformance with IT related client and corporate standards & policies, where necessaryAssists operational leaders in developing and managing a multi-year view (or "roadmap") of technology that is necessary to optimize their facilities and financial performanceBe an Active Team Member & Maintain a Growth MindsetEmbrace the Lineage vision, clear direction, and strategy for the teamEmbrace the processes and organizational structure of the IT Business Partners teamMeet or exceed clear objectives and performance expectationsEnables enterprise-wide thinking in the teamSupport an environment that values employees and encourages cooperation, open communication, and teamworkServes as a role model by demonstrating a commitment to company values, high performance standards, workplace diversity, and driving resultsADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAdd additional duties and responsibilities here (Must begin with a verb. Should be tasks that encompass 20% of the work)MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)5 - 7 Years of IT and business / industry work experienceBachelor''s Degree PreferredExperience with and knowledge of IT outsourcing activities in a managed services environmentStrong process management, negotiating, influencing and problem resolution skillsProven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentExperience in business systems and process planningKnowledge of business environment and service requirementsDemonstrated ability to assess customer/client needs, creatively approach solutions, decide, and influence appropriate courses of actionAbility to understand and communicate the lifecycle of technologies and applications and to translate into business strategies for the client organizationsStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas in easy-to-understand business termsAbility to accomplish results through others, particularly by establishing relationships, effective controls and leading in a managed service environmentLLPRWhy Lineage?This is an excellent position to begin your career path within Lineage!
