Project and Planning Analyst with Security Clearance

Overview Axient is seeking a Project and Planning Analyst to support our customer in Huntsville, Alabama. Responsibilities The Project and Planning Analyst reports directly to the System Engineering Tactical Branch Chief. * Candidate will work closely with Program Managers and Engineers to develop objective, conduct research, analysis, and application of DoD policies, directives, and other issues related to PEO Aviation. * Coordinate the PEO Aviation Digital Engineering (DE) and Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) Training Program. * Contribute to MBSE/DE policy, procedure, and SharePoint site updates. Support the System Engineering Tactical Branch Chief attending meetings, conducting research, publishing meeting agendas and minutes, and directing tasks. Additional responsibilities, * Manage budgets and track tasks and financials related to MBSE/DE. Qualifications * 3+ Years conducting research and developing policy and procedures * Bachelor''s degree preferred in computer science * Candidate must have strong communications, technical writing skills and basic understanding of engineering concepts. * Demonstrated knowledge of cross government and commercial industries. * Understanding system requirements, design, analysis, verification, and validation activities * Experience with SysML, UML, Magic Draw, Cameo Systems Modeler and/or Experience with tools and languages such as Enterprise Architecture, Cameo, MagicDraw, UML/SysML, 3DX, CATIA Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) * Ability to work independently or with a team, demonstrate strong initiative, and organize all tasking with minimal supervision.
