Work Location: Fully Remote - U.S.Position: The Product Application Software Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting our customer using our pharmacy software . This role utilizes their expertise with our applications to provide customers workarounds for existing issues as well as options for utilization of functionality to meet our customers'' business needs. Core Responsibilities: Research, deep dive into system errors reported by Customers Work closely with development on all aspects of our software that pertains to the customers sprint team.
