St. Cloud 20/hr Collections Representative

MUST HAVE- 6+ Months of Collections experience Description:Collector''s will be responsible making outbound calls in an effort to collect payment on outstanding debt. It is 1st party collections, so holds all of the loans that are being collected on. Calls will be made on an auto-dialer system and the calls will be solution-based in that they will help the customers figure out payment options.
