Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is looking for a Mid-Level Engineering Technical Specialist to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This role will support team efforts for test planning, execution, and reporting across multiple lab test sites and capabilities throughout the Enterprise.Position Responsibilities:Supports the procurement of metrology services in support of test asset management lab operations and quality management system complianceDevelops, documents, implements, provides consultation on the application of, and ensures compliance with, requirements for use of engineering tools, processes and standardsProvides training and assistance in the utilization of processes and tools and supports the integration of engineering designsEnsures regulatory requirements are met. Identifies and validates user access roles, produces tip sheets and understands system interoperabilityProvides configuration management, coordinates changes, performs assessments of compliance and manages the implementation of product standards across company business units and programsRepresents company interests on external standards committees and develops, adapts and/or adopts external standards for internal useDevelops, maintains and distributes engineering documents, reports and correspondence to enable business activityCollects, analyzes and validates engineering performance metrics and coordinates organizational requirements to support business needsWorks under general directionThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience collaborating and working across multi-functional teams3+ years working with measurement and test equipmentPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):3+ years'' experience working in/with supplier managementExperience with defining and/or managing test requirementsTypical Education/Experience:Bachelor''s and typically 6 or more years'' related work experience, a Master''s degree and typically 4 or more years'' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
