What you''ll do here: The Head of Marketing at Infosec is a new executive position that reports directly to the CEO and General Manager of Infosec and leads all marketing personnel and processes in our Marketing teams. We''re looking for a systems-minded individual to help chart our course through our next wave of growth. We need a passionate builder of teams that has built diverse, successful teams that deliver. You know how to encourage, mentor, and coach people; you can not only lead your team through change, but you encourage them to try new things and create productive change themselves. You have experience building collaborative and productive relationships with product, sales, engineering, design, people teams, and other partners. In this role you will work closely with other senior executives to ensure that our go to market teams are operating at an industry-best level of performance. You will also develop and implement more structured processes and programs to ensure our business builds on its best-in-class status. This is a great role for you if you: + Are a SaaS marketing leader driven by metrics who knows how to operationalize marketing experiments so that we can learn quickly and invest into channels accordingly + Understand the relationships between demand generation, market strategy, and brand marketing + Have previously built diverse teams with a strong sense of mission and belonging + Understand multi-channel marketing strategy and execution, marketing operations, and the value of data + Lead by example What are your responsibilities? The Head of Marketing is responsible for all aspects of the Marketing function, including digital marketing, corporate marketing, regional and field marketing, public relations, partner marketing, and product marketing. This role will also drive internal and external brand awareness and the Infosec story. Demand Generation & Digital Marketing + Define overall demand generation strategy and then supervise execution of demand programs that measurably contribute to the sales pipeline + Marketing operations excellence, lead all aspects of the systems and processes required to support a marketing function driven by data + Implement online and offline marketing campaigns customized to fill and grow the demand gen pipeline with high-quality leads Strong Leadership & Communication + Demonstrate strong leadership, effective decision making and the ability to hire, develop and retain talent + Exhibit proven strategic brand thought-leadership; be an exceptional storyteller, able to see the big picture, propose innovative solutions to complex problems, and articulate clear goals, insights, plans and achievements to executives. + Measure the performance of all activities and campaigns, assess them against the goals (ROI, Key Performance Indicators) and adjust the strategy & activities to achieve them + Embed a culture that is data and insights driven, set a framework that turn insights into strategic action that has a measurable impact on business performance. Strategy + Create, activate and implement a global marketing and communications strategy to present an ever-more compelling and attractive message to our customers + Responsible for developing innovative, strategic marketing initiatives to drive revenue, increase market share, and make the Infosec brand and software offerings relevant and attractive to customer segments Brand Marketing & Market Awareness + Serve as a senior spokesperson and thought leader for Infosec for press, analysts, and industry events. + Consistently monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions to find opportunities, issues, and risks and recommend strategies and tactics to solve + Engage external partners such as creative agencies, media groups and technology partners to develop and run best-in-class marketing programs. + Exceptional track record of developing and implementing brand marketing strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives Skills you will need here: + Experience working in high-growth and high-tech organizations is preferred. + 8+ years of marketing experience. + Strong project management skills. + Outstanding verbal and report presentation abilities. + Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
