The Senior Equity Compensation Plan Administrator will be an integral part of the Global Compensation & Executive Services team, providing world class services to our internal clients around the world; effectively managing projects, and executing ongoing programs. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Executive Compensation, and act as a subject-matter expert working collaboratively across the organization.As a hybrid-remote role based out of our Irving Headquarters, the individual will: Serve as administrator and primary contact for all equity and long-term incentive compensation programs at Fluor; Coordinate with stock plan administration vendor to maintain all long-term incentive grant data in stock plan system; Process long-term incentive award grants and vestings and coordinate with accounting, tax, legal and payroll departments to provide timely reporting; Prepare accrual files for long-term incentive awards to support Fluors accounting department; Track participant activity and reconcile long-term incentive award data for population changes; Assist with Compensation Committee and Proxy processes to provide data and prepare materials related to long-term incentives; Use advanced Excel and data analysis skills to perform complex long-term incentive pay calculations and model financial impact of compensation plans; Coordinate with other departments such as Accounting, Payroll, Tax and Legal, to provide support for long-term incentive and equity compensation-related data needs; Analyze, reconcile, and ensure accuracy of data for all supported plans on a regular basis; proactively identify problems and resolutions; Adhere to SOX compliance procedures, reviewing controls and updating processes; Develop communication tools to help expand understanding of executive long-term incentive compensation programs; Support annual executive compensation planning; Support the compensation team on various projects; Demonstrate high motivation to deliver and learn, and take initiative to grow abilities and contributions; Support executive compensation team with executive database and deferred compensation administration as needed.
