About The Team The Sales FP&A Lead - Indirect Sales & Consolidations (Director) is an essential member of the Sales Finance leadership team reporting to the Head of Sales and Services Finance. You will lead a team responsible for supporting the Channel, Sales Engineering, Platform & Product Acceleration (Indirect) sales teams, and manage the Business Partner relationship with the respectives Sales Leaders. This role will interact closely with the Corporate FP&A, Accounting, and Internal Audit teams and be responsible for consolidating worldwide sales bookings MRR, expenses, and headcount reporting and analysis. About The Role Lead the Finance team that supports the Indirect Sales and Worldwide Consolidations. Be a trusted business partner to the Head of Channels, Head of Platform & Product Acceleration, and Head of Sales Engineering.Work with your business partners to prepare strategic plans, Bookings MRR targets, coverage strategies, ROI/ productivity analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Structure and evaluate business problems, design and implement actionable recommendations, and define and monitor KPIs.Drive initiatives to improve existing planning processes, drive automation, and streamline of deliverables.About You You will be a senior-level, hands-on leader with a strategic mindset. You will demonstrate both the business and financial acumen necessary to partner with Executive Management to drive growth and improvement across multiple areas of the business. You will have a strong background in finance, strategy, technology, and SaaS. You will have a history of being a partner, implementing process improvements, and recruiting and developing top talent. You will also demonstrate successfully working cross-functionally to provide greater insights and deliver results. You are a leader who is viewed by others as having a high degree of integrity and forethought in your approach to making decisions. You act in a transparent and consistent manner while always taking into account what is best for Zoom, our employees, and our customers. Requirements/Desired Skills 12+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, management consulting, business operations, corporate strategy or similar functions preferably in a SaaS, B2B, multi-product environment.Experience within enterprise software companies and B2B or subscription finance preferredBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with a strong knowledge of Accounting principles, MBA preferred.Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced, quickly changing environmentAbility to work cross functionally and influence at all levels within the organizationProven track record of building and leading high performing teamsStrong project management skillsExcellent communication skills with an ability to distill complex issues down to the most salient pointsExperience with the following systems - Anaplan, Oracle, Snowflake, or other BI toolsWe believe that the unique contributions of all Zoomies is the driver of our success.
