We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for monitoring and responding to all major social media platforms. The specialist supports and problem solves through various means like email, phone, social messaging, and text. Positive interactions in these channels are significant drivers of brand loyalty and the overall NPS score. This role will work on investigating and responding to complex customer complaints across social platforms. You will strive to resolve customer concerns and complaints, recommend solutions, and work cross-functionally to reach a win-win solution for all parties. To succeed in this role, this person should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and easily build rapport. Essential duties and responsibilities: + Professionally respond to and resolve inquiries to incoming consumer emails, phone, and review posts across a wide variety of topics including, but not limited to installation inquiries, basic troubleshooting, use & care information, and complaints. + Respond quickly and professionally to social channel engagements on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YELP, Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau, Best Company, Google Reviews, and other platforms. + Demonstrates ability to manage workflow and priorities, proactively seeking advice from supervisors or more experienced team members. + Applies knowledge and experience to accurately solve problems using relevant information sources. + Resolve consumer questions and respond to ratings and reviews of our products and services. + Strong emotional intelligence and resilience + Naturally inclined to comply with procedures, policies, and objectives set in place and taking a disciplined approach when undertaking tasks Required Qualifications: + Must be able to work Sunday- Thursday 9 am -6 pm CST + High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience + 2+ years experience in social media + Must have a distraction-free workplace + Established home internet connectivity; minimum internet download speed of 15 Mbps, upload speed of 10 Mbps + Savvy social media experience utilizing Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YELP, Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau, Best Company, Google Reviews, and other social media best practices. + Strong prioritization skills + Ability to think critically and make quick decisions + Exceptional writing skills + Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) + Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills Dont meet every single requirement?
