Worker''s Compensation Specialist | St Louis MO Job Summary: "‹ Collaborates with team consisting of: Adjuster, Corporate Nurse Consultant and RTW Supervisor as well as CPC''s field management to provide effective oversight of our Workers'' Compensation claims. Essential Tasks/Primary Duties: - Oversee adjuster''s work to see that files are on the right track and moving forward with next steps identified - Strategize with the team, keeping in mind the ultimate goal of timely, cost-effective resolution of claims - Lead weekly Triage calls with the team - Participate in Claim Reviews from an oversight perspective and share thoughts - Observe and report trends identified Job Requirements: - 3-5 years of progressive Workers'' Compensation claims handling experience including complex claims - Multi-jurisdictional Workers'' Compensation claim experience a plus - Demonstrated successful ability to build positive business partnerships and work on a collaborative basis with a team - Attention to detail - Analytical and problem solving skills - Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, mostly Excel and Word - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all business partners - Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize - Self-motivated APPLY NOW!cpc PandoLogic.
