Supervisor Clinical Pastoral Education

Position DescriptionThe Supervisor Clinical Pastoral Education will be responsible for working with department manager to coordinate Clinical Pastoral Education program activities. Provides educational supervision to students and groups as assigned by the manager. Provides pastoral care services to clinical areas as assigned by the manager.Position RequirementsGraduate theological degree from accredited theological studies institution (M.Div., D.Min., Th.D., Ph.D.). Certification as a Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Supervisor, Associate Supervisor, or Supervisory Candidate in the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE). Ordination and ecclesiastical/denominational endorsement. Open, flexible, sensitive to cultural and religious diversity. Ability to do evening and weekend work as needed, including participation in the on call rotation with staff and students as necessary. Prior experience as a Chaplain in a healthcare setting preferred.License/Certification Requirements: YesWork Hours: 8a-4:30pWeekend Requirements: YesOn-Call Requirements: Yes
