Currently seeking a skilled and driven Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to welcome our ever-growing team! Day in the Life / Expectations:Work closely with the Director of Nursing providing quality care and oversight of patient services. Assist in training, teaching, and monitoring the nursing staff and healthcare team. Manage clinical operations and develop care plans. Conduct patient rounds and address concerns.
