Senior Cloud Architect Job Category: Engineering Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local CACI is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect on our Luke program! You will take the lead on architecting an existing high-profile prototype application in a cloud DevOps environment utilizing available UC2 and UC2S (AWS) services. You will be responsible for the design and supervision of the programs UC2S and C2S cloud computing systems architecture. This involves working on cloud application designs, cloud approval plans, and systems required to manage a three tier cloud architecture. The candidate will utilize UC2S and C2S services in combination with 3rd party solutions. The purpose of the Luke program, is to provide dev ops, applied technology investigations, operations and maintenance and infrastructure lifecycle support services across the ODNI''s enterprise. Our support in NOVA and Bethesda includes software engineering/development, O&M, technology investigations, customer advocacy, business process engineering, and system design. Required Qualifications: * 7+ years'' experience implementing solutions on C2S architecture * Active TS/SCI w/ Poly * Architecting and building IaaS and PaaS solutions * Software design patterns (microservices, messaging, distributed architectures) * Transaction processing * Data management utilizing AWS services * Experience with network services * Experience with system and network management * Designing, developing, and deploying business software at scale * AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect Experience and workflow management tools. * Experience working with AWS data technologies (Redshift, S3, EMR) * Experience working with distributed systems as it pertains to data storage and computing. * Cloud foundational services (compute, network, storage, and databases) * Highly available and fault-tolerant enterprise and web-scale software deployments * Linux- and Windows-based system administration skills * A solid understanding of C2S storage solutions such as S3, EFS, and EBS. * A solid understanding of C2S compute solutions such as EC2, ElasticMapReduce, and instance fleets.
