Staff Accountant -

Well Establish Company seeking an experienced Staff Accountant Must have experienced in the followingCredit card balance and entry Review, approve & post AP entries; checking for reasonability and accuracy of charges; plus coding and approvals Review Vendor statements - investigate and resolve any outstanding invoices. Weekly list of invoices to be paid by Check/ACH or AMEX Bank: Deposits, positive pay, ACH payment Bank Reconciliations Preparing 1099 statements Journal entries - accruals and monthly allocations Qtrly Reports: Sales Tax Fixed Asset - acquisitions and disposals; running depreciation Experience using FAMOUS , SAP, JD EDWARDS a huge plus!Must have bachelors in accounting or related field Great experience in Excel Apply for this great position as a staff accountant today!
