When youre here, youre always in good companyROLE SUMMARY:Our Packaging Team performs all responsibilities in Canning, Bottling, Kegging and re-pack of our beer. They assure that beer is packaged in bottles, cans and kegs ready for distribution and sale. This is an entry-level position in a fast paced production environment with focus on the re-pack task. This is a physically intensive role that requires exceptional motivation, a true passion for craft beer, and scheduling flexibility. This position reports to the Packaging Manager, but will also take direction from the Packaging Supervisor and Packaging Leads.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Understands and adheres to safety standardsUnderstands and adheres to quality standardsComplete the tasks related to re-packs of our beerOperate packaging department equipmentComplete machine auditsClean kegs and ensures keg stock is in properly maintainedCleans bottling/kegging/canning facilities and keep proper cleaning logs and paperworkForklift certifiedAdditional duties may be assigned as necessaryProper use of Personal Protection EquipmentAbility to multitask and adjust to changing prioritiesAbility to work both independently and within a team environmentAbility to work at a fast pace and in high pressure situationsStrong attention to detailStrong technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Strong work ethic and self-starting attitude and Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation.
