USD100,000-USD150,000The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:Knowledge and understanding of Massachusetts public procurement and construction delivery regulations including, Chapter 149, Chapter 149A and Chapter 7 Designer SelectionAssist the team with formulating, managing and executing project scope, schedule and budgetProvide daily project oversight to project teamMonitor project progress and identify areas of concern which require proactive action to ensure that design, construction, budget and schedule remain consistent with the Owners objectives and the overall requirements of the projectManage all day-to-day operational aspects of projectsHave a strong ability to make decisions that consider budget, schedule and the Owners requirementsAbility to function as a Team LeaderEffectively communicate relevant project information to superiors and ensure that they are fully updated on the projectResolve and/or possess the judgment to know what to escalate issues to superiorsAdminister document control for all project related reports and materials (monthly reports, SBA filings, budgets, schedules, meeting minutes, contracts, documents, etc.Attend all scheduled meetings as necessary to monitor and manage the project, chairing as appropriate. Meet regularly with superiors and Owner to provide project updates;Financial Management. Sufficient proficiency in Excel to manage an update the project budget and maintain monthly cash flow projections. Review and approve all requisitions and project related invoices for payment. Review and negotiate all change orders and additional services requests;Project close-out. Assist in development of and supervision of completion of project punch list. Assist with installation of Owners FF&E and MME. Oversee compilation of LLP required close out materials including O&M and warranties.
