The Lee Group is currently seeking employees for Machine Operators in Sandston, VA 2nd Shift: 4:30pm - 3:00am $13.50/hr Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Paid Weekly! Temp to Hire Responsibilities and Skills Needed: Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycleControl and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)Feed raw materialInspect parts with precision using appropriate measuring toolsTest operation of machines periodicallyFix issues that might occur during the shiftCheck output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flawsAdherence to health and safety regulationsAdherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.Attention to detailTeamwork and communication skillsPhysical stamina and strengthSome tasks require the ability to see colors to determine if printing will meet customers'' requirements for clarity.The Lee Group is driven by our purpose and passion - Aligning talent, Grown Businesses and Changing Lives!
