Located at our main campus in Red Hook, NY (12571), this position is responsible for assisting in the overall overnight program shift management, and will provide direction and oversight of daily shift operations (ie: DSP scheduling, management of on shift resource, crisis response). They will demonstrate good telephone triage skills to assist in crisis management, responding directly if the need moves beyond telephone triage, and will also demonstrate good problem solving skills and knowledge of effective resource management strategies. The Assistant Night Supervisor will assume Night Supervisor duties in the absence of the Night Supervisor.Devereux is committed to the health and safety of our staff.
