ROLE AND BEHAVIORAL DESCRIPTIONSThe CBRF Manager assumes delegated responsibility and accountability for resident care, department operation and quality of service provided to our residents. The CBRF Manager will be responsible for assisting the Director of Assisted Living in facilitation of the department''s goals & objectives. The CBRF Manager will assist in implementing nursing policies and procedures that reflect facility mission and philosophy, conduct education, quality assurance and admission screening functions as assigned.
