The RTC is a safe and supportive environment that provides youth, from the ages of five to 17, who are experiencing emotional, behavioral or substance abuse challenges. We also provide an on-site accredited K-12 therapeutic school, which offers an academic curriculum while students receive intensive behavioral and emotional support.Lead Behavioral Health Technicians coordinate the establishment and maintenance of a therapeutic environment in a residential setting. This position protects the health and safety of clients, assisting the Residential Operations Coordinator with the supervising, planning, and implementing of program activities and managing children''s behaviors. This position also serves as a role model, mentor, leader, and/or trainer to Direct Care Professional staff. You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need.
