You will assist in the planning and implementation of residential unit services for assigned clients. Responsible for the safety and security of all clients in assigned units. You will also provide therapeutic interventions as necessary.Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts, Webster House, is an off campus located in Webster, MA and serves co-ed youth, ages 6 to 12, in an emergency shelter. With a 1:3 staff to student ratio, the emphasis at Webster House is to identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, factors that precipitated placement, and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement in the shortest time period possible, usually within a matter of days.You will add value by:Maintaining a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional, and personal needs of program clients while improving functioning and minimizing interfering behaviors.Providing client documentation to include shift reports, incident reports, and individual progress notes. Youth Counselor, Direct Care Worker, Direct Care Counselor, Direct Service Worker, Group Care Worker, Direct Care Professional, Residential Counselor, Mental Health Associate, Mental Health Technician, ASDDevereux is committed to the health and safety of our staff.
