You Have: * 4+ years of experience leading and supporting projects in a fast-paced environment* Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook* Ability to meet deadlines, adhere to project plans, escalate conflicts and concerns to management team, and work on several projects simultaneously* Ability to think critically, analyze, and actively listen to effectively problem solve* Ability to interact and network effectively with all levels of staff, including senior leadership, both internal and on the client site* Secret clearance* Bachelor''s degree Nice If You Have: * Experience with projects in the Department of Defense* Experience with consulting in a professional or internship environment* Experience with operations center design and improvement, mission analysis, requirements analysis, gap analysis, strategic planning, roadmap development, training, policies, processes and procedures, business process reengineering, organizational development, strategic communications, risk management, or Lean Six Sigma* Experience with managing multiple projects concurrently* Knowledge of project management processes and best practices* Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills* Possession of excellent research, data gathering, and analytical skills* Top Secret clearance preferred* Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or CompTIA Security+ Certification preferred Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
