Staff Development Coordinator/Staff EducatorThe Palmetto Subacute Care Center is looking for a talented and hard-working Staff Development Coordinator/Staff Educator to join our ever-growing team.Staff Development Coordinator/Staff Educator Job Description:Plan, organize, and implement skills training programs/in-services for clinical staff and other departments; Perform orientation classesDevelop educational strategies to facilitate quality improvement effortsCoordinate with and utilize community resources in meeting educational and staffing needsOversee the process for competency evaluation of new employeesRecommend progression to permanent employment or extension of orientation/probationary period for new employeesWork closely with HR regarding hiring process and new employee files.Staff Development Coordinator/Staff Educator Requirements/Qualifications:Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current Registered Professional Nurse''s license in the State of FloridaMust possess the ability to make independent decisions and mature judgments.Prior Staff Development/Education experience Preferred.Point Click care preferredBilingual English/SpanishSalary Range: Based on education and experienceNOW OFFERING DAILY PAY!
