Windsor is looking for a dynamic candidate with strong leadership and interpersonal skills that is knowledgeable of nursing/medical practices and procedures. As a valued facility leader, our Director of Nursing plays a critical strategic role of overseeing the leadership and guidance of our nursing services team in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. You will oversee appropriate utilization of resources necessary for the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated interdisciplinary approach.
